This privacy policy only applies to the career page (https://jobs.ainovi.de), which is used as part of the online application.
If you provide us with personal data as part of our online application process, the following application data will be collected:
We use the personal data you provide exclusively for the purpose of processing your application for filling positions within our company. Only people who are involved in the application process have access to your personal data. All employees entrusted with data processing are required to maintain the confidentiality of your data. We do not share personal data with third parties unless you have consented to the transfer of data or we are required to transfer data due to legal provisions and/or regulatory or judicial hearings. Your application does not create an account in our job portal. This means that you will no longer be able to view and manage your application later on via our online job portal.
On the basis of a separate agreement on the processing of personal data on behalf of the company, your personal data is processed by the company

Collected and processed on our behalf as part of order data processing in accordance with Article 28 GDPR in accordance with the relevant legal requirements. However, this does not involve the transfer of your personal data to third parties in terms of data protection law. As ainovi GmbH, we remain responsible to you under data protection law.
Your personal applicant data will be deleted three to six months after completion of the application process. This does not apply if legal provisions preclude deletion, if further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence, or if you have agreed to storage for a longer period of time beyond the application process.
If we are currently unable to offer you a vacancy, but we believe that your application may be of interest for future job advertisements, we will store your application data in our talent pool beyond the application process, provided that you have expressly agreed to such storage and use. To do so, please accept in the online application form “I allow the use of all of my application documents for further application processes (talent pool). The consent can be withdrawn with effect for the future. (optional)”
Various technical and organizational measures have been taken to protect the data collected as part of your application from manipulation and unauthorised access. In particular, the transmission of your online application is encrypted in accordance with the currently recognized state of the art.

The online application system stores a time-limited file on your computer for the purpose of archiving information (a so-called “cookie”). Cookies are used to make it easier for you to navigate and work with the online application system. This is done, for example, by assigning an identification number (so-called session ID) which enables the server to assign successive requests from the browser to the same user. Only temporary cookies (i.e. cookies that are only stored on your computer for a limited period of time) are used here.
When you log in with your Xing user within the application form, Xing transmits certain information about your account: profile details, last name, first name, email address, profile photo, etc. We use this information to pre-fill or update your application form.
When you register or log in via Xing, your IP address and other device-related information are forwarded to Xing. A cookie may also be installed on your computer, but deleted when you close the browser. In your browser settings, you can specify whether you want to allow cookies or not.
If you do not want Xing to directly associate the data collected via our website with your profile, you must log out of Xing before visiting our website.
External fonts, Google Fonts, are used on the career website for online applications. Google Fonts is a service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). These web fonts are integrated by a server call, usually a Google server in the USA. This transmits to the server which of our websites you have visited. The “Google reCAPTCHA” service (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) is also used on the career website for online applications. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). reCAPTCHA is intended to check whether data is entered on our website (e.g. in our application form) by a person or by an automated program. To this end, reCAPTCHA analyses the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time the website visitor spent on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google. The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not notified that an analysis is taking place. Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, as website operators, we have a legitimate interest in protecting our web offerings from abusive automated spying and from SPAM.
