Here are 7 personal reasons why I really love working at ainovi. If you're thinking about applying, here's an overview of what to expect.

Whether it's suggestions for improvements to our products or services or new approaches to internal processes — everyone has the opportunity to contribute ideas and implement them. With us, the best idea wins — regardless of who it comes from. Working students, for example, can implement their own projects using this principle.
2. Team events
There are regular team events where we celebrate together in a relaxed atmosphere. The events are always organized with great attention to detail and are a new highlight in our company's history every time. The program remains a secret until shortly before the start. All attempts to obtain advance information about the event in September 2024 have so far been unsuccessful. I won't give up though, dear Nina. 😉

3. Flexible working hours
Flexibility is part of a good work-life balance. This flexibility allows me to organize my work in such a way that it fits my life optimally, whether for appointments, family or personal projects. I myself rarely use this flexibility to work outside normal hours, but I could do it anytime. And that is exactly what it is about.
4. Home office
We mainly work from home and on the premises of our project partners. Parts of our team also meet approximately once a month to co-work in Eschborn. These appointments are coordinated individually and are voluntary.
5. company car
After the trial period, all employees can choose a company car. That's good, because my old Audi A3 just gave up the ghost. Thomas, one of our managing directors, took care to help me quickly. He showed me some models that were available at short notice from our BMW partner. And just two weeks later, I picked up the company car in Oldenburg. Private use is allowed, so I have one less personal obligation to worry about. I'm a fan!
6. Work equipment
During onboarding, all employees are provided with the necessary work equipment. Smartphone, headset, notebook or - as in my case - a second monitor first. Quick and easy Also for private use. Once again, one less personal commitment.
7. Attractive additional services
